Care that meets you where you are.

Neurodiversity-affirming support rooted in collaboration and trust.

Hi, I’m Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Bisi

Dr. Liz Bisi smiling outdoors with her golden retriever, creating a warm and approachable feel.

I am the practice owner of Integrated Pathways Psychological Services. I provide neuro-inclusive, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming psychological services in Seattle and Bothell, and virtually across PSYPACT-participating states.

I have spent more than a decade working in private practice, community settings, and hospital-based outpatient programs. My work has always been grounded in helping people understand themselves with more clarity and supporting them in building lives that feel steadier and more manageable.

Seattle has become home for me over the years. Outside of my clinical work, I’m a proud dog mom to a golden retriever with boundless energy and love for all, an avid gardener and plant parent, an early-stage crocheter, and a farmer’s market and small-business enthusiast who enjoys long walks with friends or audiobooks.

I’m grateful you’re here. We can explore what supports your well-being in a way that feels steady, respectful, and true to you.

My Approach

I believe every person deserves support that feels respectful and paced with care. No one is too much. Many of the patterns we carry were once protective. Over time, they may stop working for us, and that is often when people seek support. Therapy can offer a steady place to understand these patterns and explore new ways of moving through the world.

My work blends evidence-informed approaches in a way that fits your needs and your pace. Sometimes this means learning practical skills. Other times, it means understanding how past experiences shape what is happening now. Both are valid paths.

I check in regularly to be sure the work stays aligned with your goals. The process is collaborative, and you have a voice in every step.

When it’s helpful, I offer gentle guidance to notice thinking patterns that may be adding pressure or overwhelm. We work toward holding both clarity and self-compassion at the same time.

Our work often focuses on what brings meaning and steadiness into your life. When specific tools are needed, I offer them in a clear, step-by-step way so you can use them confidently outside of session.

If it is supportive, I may share aspects of my lived experience to help you feel understood. This is always done thoughtfully and with your needs at the center.

And there are days when all you need is a quiet space to pause and feel supported. That is welcome here too.
