Neurodiversity-affirming counseling and assessment in Seattle, Bothell, and across 42 additional states
This is a space for you.
We’ll move through things together.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or burned out.
Maybe you’ve been able to manage in the past, but now things feel heavier. The strategies that once helped may not be offering the same support. Tasks that look simple for others might feel draining or confusing for you.
You may be moving through a life transition that isn’t unfolding the way you expected. You might be trying to keep pace while feeling like you are quietly falling behind. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.
If you’re seeking….
Neuro-inclusive diagnostic and neuropsychological assessment
Neurodiversity-affirming and culturally-competent care for those with autism, ADHD, and learning differences
Tools for mood and emotional regulation
Tailored individual and parent coaching support for executive functioning challenges
Strategies for managing anxiety and navigating social challenges
Compassionate support for navigating trauma, psychosocial and medical complexities, and identity development
You are in the right place.
What Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy Means
Neurodiversity affirming therapy respects the unique ways each neurodivergent person thinks, feels, and moves through the world. It focuses on understanding and supporting these differences rather than trying to change them. This approach encourages self acceptance and builds on strengths, offering care that is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally aware.

Before we move into my approach, here is a bit about who you will meet if we work together.
Hi, I'm Dr. Liz
Finding the right kind of support can feel overwhelming, especially when you want someone who understands both the clinical side and the lived experience of navigating a complex world. My work is shaped by years of specialized training and a deep respect for the many ways people move through life.
I bring a steady, compassionate presence to this work. I understand the challenges that come with balancing multiple roles, managing sensory or emotional overwhelm, and trying to make sense of patterns that have been hard to name. I care about creating a space where you feel understood without judgment and supported without pressure.
Above all, I want you to know:
You are not broken.
Your needs make sense.
What feels hard is genuinely hard.
Support should meet you where you are.
My Approach
Care here is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. We move at a pace that feels steady for you. Together, we explore what supports your well-being and strengthen the tools that help you navigate daily life with more clarity and confidence.
